We built Quentin's Waffle Shop around the pleasure of a waffle coming straight off the iron. Our Thorson Avenue kitchen keeps breakfast on the table, makes room for dessert, and gives Lynwood a local place to order in or sit down. Families stop by together. Commuters grab takeout.
